Good thing my open letter did something to make a final decision be turned down. I’m happy of course. I’m a bit sad. The authorized Apple retailer finally replaced my device. Well that’s my third iPod within a year. Would you believe that? Haha. You should. But in the end of the day there are other feelings that get hurt. Competency challenged. I’m sorry.
